Brishna Amin Khan is a Lahore based artist. She completed her degree in visual arts from NCA in 2019 with a major in miniature painting and minor in Calligraphy and Performance art. During the summers Khan lived in her Murree apartment and there she experienced the true beauty of nature in all its glory. This inspires her to create images that capture its essence through serene images of nature surviving through manmade structures like concrete, thriving amongst the cityscape.
During her 2nd year in NCA She exhibited her skill in miniature painting in a group show titled Forty-One in Zahoor-ul-Akhlaq Gallery Lahore. From then on, she participated in other shows such as an ode to parallel reality III a performance art peace by Ma’am Natasha Jozi in Taseer Art Gallery, the MAKTAB project curated by Sir Imran Qureshi as part of Lahore Biennale 01, 2nd Alhamra national exhibition of visual art, her first Solo show in Karachi with Mainframe, Pensive a group show in Ejaz Art Gallery, Young art exhibition in Alhamra Rupture & Ruin a group show in Taseer Art Gallery Blood in the valley and Resilience Young Artist Exhibition in Alhamra Art gallery and Pakistani At Forum Collectors Soiree.
