This exhibition explores the intricate balance between preservation and destruction in our rapidly changing environment. It emphasizes the fragility of our ecosystem and the pressing need for awareness-oriented practices. The tone is both urgent and cautiously optimistic, highlighting the limited yet vital window of opportunity we have to make a meaningful difference.
Artists have initiated a dialogue on alarming issues aiding in the climate crisis such as Industrialisation, consumerism, and urbanization while maintaining an informative methodology and presenting innovative visual forms. The purpose is to educate the public using creative yet accessible mediums, such as site-specific art installations and videos; all while employing a scientific, sociological, and critical approach.
The exhibition is set in the historic Shahi Hammam, a site that symbolizes the delicate balance between our glorious past and an uncertain future. Its historical significance serves as both a witness to past splendor and a cautionary tale of what may be lost if we do not act to preserve our world..
