Ibrar Hussain was born in 1993, in Quetta, Pakistan. He completed his MA (Visual Arts) from the Punjab University in 2022 and graduated with Honor from University of Gujrat in Persian Miniature Painting in 2018. He was selected for Studio BQ’s 3rd Artist Residency in 2019. His art practices revolve around the socio-political scenario, through various techniques of art, collage, photography, sculpture, and creative writing. He tries to create a dialogue through the experimenting of different material. The current body of work describe the untold stories of invisible cage. Different colored Eggshell, which symbolize conveying destruction of something indicate cage. He participated in many group shows, Let’s Stuck 2023, international group show Peace and Prosperity Through Art at Baku, Azerbaijan in 2022, international online show Twilight 2021, selected for Call For Art 2.0 at Ambiance Hotel in their permanent collection 2020, My Art Exhibition at Art Tv Pakistan 2020, Art Influx 2020, YADDO at Taseer Art Gallery Lahore 2019, Pakistan National Council of Art Islamabad 2019, 15^th Emerging Talent 2019, at VM Art Gallery Karachi, and Oyster Art Gallery Lahore 2019.
