About Artist and Work Process:
Amjad is practicing as a painter and sculptor since 1988. His work has been displayed in multiple group shows across Pakistan. In 2004 he displayed his sculptors in a solo show at Alliance Francaise, Islamabad.
Amjad uses impressionism to lay out serene landscapes and display the natural hues and colors of the great outdoors. He uses the natural elements of nature like the horizon, the sun, or the simple shades of color to create a feeling of vastness and an opportunity for self exploration. Amjad’s medium is oil on canvas.
