Born 27 Feb 1997 in Lahore. Arfa Shan graduated in Fine Arts from College of Art and Design in 2021. Being an introvert, Arfa paints her way to communicate with the world. Growing up with pets as her companions, she has developed a deep connection with them which amplifies her imagination in form of abstract imagination and projects a world of her own fantasy. She is proud to be featured at Karachi’s Studio 7 in 2022, Karachi’s Gallery Full Circle in 2022, Lahore’s Como Museum in 2022, Haam Gallery in 2022 and Tagheer in 2023.
Arfa’s perception of moments and the vibes that she gets, when Arfa is in the nature depicted in this abstract art. Her love for animals and birds has a huge influence on her work. Growing up her companions were Arfa’s pets and her imagination. She used to dream about a fantasy land where she could live independently and be happy.
