My work represents continuity of life. “I have taken inspiration from Islamic geometric patterns and executed them in “Kirigami” technique. I see life in these patterns and its experiences overall, whether it’s a feeling, process, continuity of our daily chores, connectivity of life circle. These geometric patterns act as a symbol to explore individual journeys. There is endless continuity in these repeated patterns and when we gave them borders, they appear frames, ending the continuity of life. The connectivity of life and geometric pattern is the basic rule coupled with the creativity, to explore the individual as well as the collective aesthetics.
